The Farmers pub dates back to 1833 and you can read a little more about its origins here. The current landlord Paul Cadby took over in March 2009 and has carried out an extensive program of renovation and modernisation whilst maintaining the traditional features of this historic coaching inn. Paul has a background in high quality event catering which is ideally suited to marquee events that The Farmers can hold within the extensive grounds. The front of house team includes Sarah, Pauls wife and provides an attentive relaxed atmosphere whether you're in for lunch, a celebratory dinner or pre-booked party.
